Administrator Dashboard
When an administrator logs in, a welcome screen is displayed listing leads that require approval, upcoming events, support tickets, etc. Depending on the security assigned, the administrator may also have the ability to edit pages, and add new pages.

Reseller Registration and Approval
Allow interested companies to sign up to become a reseller. Your sales manager approves or denies the application after reviewing company details. On approval, the reseller receives a welcome email containing information such as their username and password.

Prospects evaluating your products can quickly locate resellers in their area. Resellers are listed based on their level of certification.

Lead Registration
Your resellers can easily register and track leads that they have received. Leads can also be assigned to resellers by the sales manager.

Reseller Agreements
New Resellers can accept the standard reseller agreement. Alternatively, unique agreements can be drafted and stored with the reseller account information.

Download Secure Sales, Marketing and Support Documents
Publish sales, marketing and support documents so that your resellers always have access to the latest brochures, price lists, case studies, whitepapers, logos, etc. These documents are restricted and cannot be downloaded unless the reseller is logged in first.

Email Notification
By default, email notifications are sent to the sales manager when companies signup, when resellers submit leads, submit support tickets, etc. Emails are sent to resellers when registration is approved, when support tickets are updated, etc. The powerful email template designer allows administrators to customize everything from email content, when emails are sent, who they are sent to, etc.
