If I buy the Lite Edition now, can I switch to the Standard or Professional Edition later?
Yes. If you buy the Lite Edition you can switch later to the Standard, Professional or Enterprise Edition of HelpConsole 2010. For example, the cost to switch to the Professional Edition after the Lite Edition has been purchased would be US$400.00.
What is upgrade pricing?
Upgrade pricing is offered to customers who have purchased previous verisons of HelpConsole. For example, if you purchased the Professional Edition of HelpConsole 2008, the upgrade price for the Professional Edition of HelpConsole 2010 would be US$249.00.
Is there an extra cost for support?
No. During your evaluation, and after purchasing HelpConsole 2010, support is included.
Do you offer yearly maintenance plans?
No. Currently, we do not offer a yearly maintenance plan.
What are “named users”?
Named users refers to the user accounts defined within the project. To determine the number of user accounts contained within HelpConsole, open 'Tools>Users' to view a list of users.
Can I run the software on two different web servers?
If the Enterprise Edition is purchased, you can run the software on an unlimited number of servers or work stations. If the Lite, Standard or Professional Editions are purchased, one installation of the software is allowed.
Can I pay via PO?
Credit card purchases are preferred. However, if payment by check is your only option, please provide us with a purchase order number when placing your order by phone or email and we will provide an invoice and activation key for HelpConsole 2010.
Can I pay via bank transfer?
Credit card purchases are preferred. However, if required, bank transfer information will be provided to facilitate payment.

How often are new versions released?
Our aim is to release a new version every year and a half.
What will the upgrade price be for the next version so that I can budget?
The upgrade price of the next verison of HelpConsole will be about 30% - 50% of the listed price.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with the product we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
